Our "all about labels" page has loads of information about our lulu & you labels, however below are some popular questions.


Your order is created by hand — no automated machines or robots here my friends. We will get your order ready super fast and while in most cases we will have your order ready to be shipped within a couple of days, we sometimes face increased demand, so please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive (this includes shipping times).

If you genuinely need your order to be filled quickly, there is the option to purchase the queue jumper, which will mean your order is prioritised to the front of the queue. Feel free to contact us first to check on our current wait times.

Please be aware that Australia Post are currently experiencing delays with getting items delivered, due to COVID-19. Please allow a little extra time for your parcel to arrive.

Christmas delivery

If you need to recieve your order by Christmas, Australia Post has provided the following cut-off dates:

  • Tracked postage - send by Saturday 12th December, 2020
  • Express postage - send by Saturday 19th December, 2020

With this information in mind, although you can order with us at any time, please ensure any orders that you definitely need for Christmas are placed by:

  • Tracked postage - Thursday 10th December, 2020
  • Express postage - Thursday 17th December, 2020

Different items we sell have different postage costs. All our items are sent via Australia Post.

For label orders we offer the following rates:

  • Tracked post — estimated delivery 4–5 days (once order shipped) — $6.00
  • Express post — estimated delivery 1–2 days (once order shipped) — $9.00

For the School Font Learning Kit we offer the following rates:

  • Tracked post — estimated delivery 4–5 days (once order shipped) — $12.00
  • Express post — estimated delivery 1–2 days (once order shipped) — $15.00

For orders over $100 in value, we offer free standard shipping.

When placing your order, if the value is less than $100, standard shipping at $6 will be added, however during the checkout process you can opt for express postage if you prefer.

If you're ordering multiple labels of the same item, for example 20 herb and spice labels, list each label in the "Labels List" input field with a comma after each label. For example:

Basil leaves, Coriander seeds ground, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, etc.

Note the comma after each complete label. Also note the mixture of upper and lowercase letters in the list above. As stated in each product's description, ensure you enter the labels as you want them cut. With the exception of fonts that are in uppercase (all capital letters), your labels will be cut in the case (uppercase or lowercase) you've listed them in. If you want each word to start with a capital letter, then ensure you list each word of the label with a capital first letter. Preselected label packs will have a capital first letter on each word, unless you advise differently in the 'Comments' box.

Incorrectly listing your labels could result in a delay of your order being processed, or your order could be cancelled and any payment refunded.

We offer the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Afterpay
  • Direct transfer

If you choose to pay by direct transfer, upon placement of your order we'll send you an order confirmation which will include our bank details. Use your order number as the reference when transferring funds. Once payment has been received, we'll start your order.

Once you've placed your order you'll receive an order confirmation email, which summarises your order details including items purchased, shipping details, payment status, etc. If you'd like to view your order online, you'll have to sign in. For further information on how to sign in/create an account, see the next question.

You don't need to create an account to purchase items from lulu & you. However if you choose to do so, go to our sign in page and enter your email. You'll then be emailed a link to sign in (if you hadn't previously created an account, one will be created at this point). The emailed link can be used only once and will expire after 14 days. This process is in place of the standard username and password you may be used to, and let's face it, one less password to remember has got to be a good thing, right? It's also more secure this way, as the sign in link will only be sent to the email address provided, and only the owner of the email address can log in to the account.

Each time you wish to sign in, you'll need to follow this process. Once you've clicked the provided link, you'll be logged in and taken to our storefront page (all products page). At the bottom of this page you can click on the "My Account" link. Once in your account section, you can see all of your orders associated with the email address you used to sign in. You can also see the items that you have favourited (if any). Only items you've marked as favourite whilst logged in can be viewed.

All links relating to the store and your account, including the sign out link, are on our storefront page as well as each individual product page.

Due to the custom nature of our products, please choose your purchases carefully as we do not offer exchanges if you change your mind. Further information on refunds/replacements can be found in our terms & conditions.
